PRACTICAL "DEBT-FREE" FUNDING FOR A REGIONAL FAMILY WATER PARK

Growing resilient, prosperous local economies can provide funding for desired community amenities such as The Silver Creek Family Water Park.

Partnering Technologies offers our community a way to fund a water park within the next 12 - 24 months and strengthen our local economy.  They contribute up to 25% of their revenues generated by a community to a Community Amenities Fund (CAF) as a way to pay back those communities for doing business with them. 

In a community with 5,000 to 10,000 population, this can amount to several million dollars each year, depending on the participation of community residents in Partnering Technologies' Strategic Partnering Platform.

In addition to funding the construction of desired community amenities, the CAF can provide funds to operate and maintain those amenities.

There are a number of options other than a sales tax.  Debt-Free funding is the preferred approach and one we should pursue in our community.
